With the 20-1543 Porosity of Soils & Waterflow your class will construct models to test the porosity and permeability of various soils.

The students will then measure the rate of waterflow for each type of soil and use their observations to gain a better understanding of surface runoff, watersheds, groundwater formation and movement, and aquifers.
