Two SumoBot robots face off inside the ring, each trying to push the other past the white tawara border that they can see with their QTI infrared sensors. Designed for use with the instructions and program code found in the Applied Robotics with the SumoBot text, this 36 x36 in. poster is printed on heavyweight, coated paper for durability. Shipped folded to 9 x 12 in. The poster, text, and two SumoBot Robots can also be purchased together in the SumoBot Robot Competition Kit.

An assembled SumoBot with 4 AA alkaline batteries weighs 0.8 lbs (0.36 kg), has a 10 cm square footprint, and is less than 10cm tall. The PCB is 76 mm square, and the Serial connector projects 5mm beyond the rear edge of the board.
