This is a must have system for etching pc boards. The tank has a tight fitting top to prevent evaporation. It also includes a PCB holder. The system contains a heater that optimizes the temperature plus an air pump that agitates the etchant. The combination of the optimized temperature and the agitation speeds up the process. If the etchant is fresh, it should only take approximately 3-5 minutes to etch your P.C. board using this system. The tank holds 1.35 gallon of etchant and will handle P.C. boards up to 8" x 9" and two at a time. Special care should be taken when using etching chemicals. Always wear protective gloves such as our Datak Nitrile Glove # 12-510 and protective eyewear. Ferric chloride is highly corrosive to metal and injestion can be fatal.
